Refund policy

All sales are final

The Hat Room is operated by Onvous LLC. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless a product arrives damaged, except where required by applicable law. Please review your order, color, style, and fit information carefully before purchasing. Change of mind, fit preference, and ordering the wrong color or style are not eligible reasons for a return or refund.

If your product arrives damaged

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact thehatroom@onvous.com as soon as you discover damage. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and, where reasonably possible, clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the item and packaging while we review your claim.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed arrival damage, subject to applicable law. Do not send an item back without contacting us first. If we require a damaged item to be returned, we will provide instructions and cover the required return shipping. There is no restocking fee for an approved damaged-item claim.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We will notify you when a refund has been issued; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. A partial-order refund reflects the amount actually paid for the affected item after any applicable discount. We will not charge you a new price for unaffected items as a penalty for an approved damage claim. Applicable shipping-charge refunds are handled as required by law.

Your legal rights

This final-sale policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If an item is defective, incorrect, materially different from its description, or not delivered, contact us so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law. If we cannot fulfill an order, or a legally required cancellation right applies, our final-sale policy does not prevent a required refund.
