A few hat questions

How do I remove sticker residue?

Sometimes removing the sticker leaves a little adhesive residue behind. Use rubbing alcohol generously on the residue and gently wipe away the glue. Soap can also work, but rubbing alcohol is especially effective.

What are the hats made from?

The fabric is 100% cotton. The brim has a plastic core wrapped in cotton.

How are hats packed, and how fast do they ship?

Order handling takes 2 business days before shipment. Standard shipping then takes an estimated 4 to 5 business days, for an estimated total of 6 to 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. Available services and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Orders ship through Amazon fulfillment centers. Packaging varies by location and may be a mailer rather than a box. We’re working on packaging improvements. See our shipping policy for full details.

What if there’s an issue with my shipment?

Email info@thehatroom.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help. If your hat arrives damaged, keep the item and packaging and include photos where possible.

What size are these hats?

Our hats have a regular adult fit with an adjustable closure and are designed to fit most heads. Adjust the closure for a comfortable, secure fit. If you’re unsure about sizing, email info@thehatroom.com before ordering.

How should I style my hat?

Keep it easy with a plain tee, jeans and sneakers, or add it to a hoodie and relaxed trousers. Pick up a color from the embroidery elsewhere in your outfit, or let the hat stand out against simple neutrals.
